Henry

Henry was found on the streets, fending for himself, when he was not even ten weeks old. In the cold winter months, he was hiding out in bales of hay by the side of the road and searching between bins for scraps of food... since then, he's grown into a charming, loyal and curious boy who makes us smile every day.

While he loves cuddles and attention, Henry is also one of those dogs who is always keeping busy. When his friends are resting, Henry is looking for pinecones to chew on, blankets to roll around in or – his absolute favourite thing – chewing on his ball. Henry does like chasing after his ball if you throw it for him, but mostly he just likes to hold it in his mouth as a sort of comfort blanket... and who would ever deny him that joy. 💛

Henry also loves going on walks, exploring the outside world. He is good on a lead and generally quite obedient already, so with some training he could go a long way. While he might get a bit grumpy if his fellow doggy roommates get too close to his ball, Henry is not one to pick a fight and gets along with other dogs well. Henry would do well in an active home that allows him to see what else the world has to offer.
