Chase

Chase is a sweet but shy boy. He has only been off the streets for a short amount of time and is still a bit hesitant at times. However he is nice to everyone and is starting to enjoy his cuddles and even requests them – although sometimes he's not really sure how to receive the love he is given. So while it may take him some time to come out of his shell, he is universally loved because of the reserved but loyal way he shows his affection (sometimes he even falls asleep while sitting up because he doesn't want the head scratches to stop).

Because of a previous incident with his tail whenever Chase is happy he gets a case of helicopter tail, as we call it – his tail just spins around in a circle instead of wagging from left to right, which is an incredibly endearing sight.

Chase gets along with other dogs but isn't usually the center of attention. He rather enjoys some quality playtime with a few of his chosen dog friends.
